Logistique, organisation, livraison, installation et présence sur place sont incluses dans toute la Suisse. Nous installons la zone de jeu, encadrons les participants et démontons tout en fin d’événement afin que vous n’ayez pas à gérer cette partie de l’activation.


  • Le prix indiqué correspond au prix final pour la configuration standard choisie.

    Logistique, transport, installation, présence sur place et démontage sont inclus.

    Dans les rares cas où le lieu impose une logistique inhabituelle (par ex. accès véhicule impossible à moins de 100 m ou contraintes spécifiques), nous clarifions cela avec vous avant confirmation.

    L’objectif reste simple: pas de coûts cachés, pas de surprise le jour J.

  • Nous ne déposons pas simplement des jeux sur place.
    Nous installons la zone, encadrons son fonctionnement pendant l’événement et démontons tout à la fin.

    Pour l’organisateur, cela signifie moins de coordination, moins d’imprévus à gérer et une animation qui reste structurée du début à la fin.

  • La zone est exploitée sous supervision, ce qui réduit fortement les risques de mauvaise utilisation, de désordre ou de détérioration du matériel.

    Dans le cadre normal d’un événement supervisé, nous ne facturons pas de frais de casse, de remplacement ou de nettoyage liés à une utilisation normale de la zone.

    Cette tranquillité fait partie de la prestation. En cas d’usage manifestement inadapté, de comportement dangereux ou de dommage sortant du cadre normal d’exploitation, une facturation peut toutefois être envisagée selon la situation et nos Conditions générales.

  • Nous arrivons toujours avec plus de jeux que le strict minimum, ce qui nous permet d’ajuster la sélection en fonction du public, du rythme de la journée et de ce qui fonctionne le mieux. Si une configuration accroche moins, nous adaptons le programme pour que la zone reste vivante et attractive.

    En cas de météo capricieuse, nous nous appuyons sur l’infrastructure disponible sur place et sur nos propres tentes (3×3 m) pour maintenir une zone réduite mais active, tant que la sécurité le permet. Lorsque les conditions deviennent objectivement dangereuses ou clairement inadaptées, nous privilégions une solution raisonnable pour l’événement: adaptation, réduction temporaire ou report, selon ce qui est le plus pertinent.

    Avec TakTakTak, vous déléguez toute cette partie: nous concevons la zone, l’installons, la faisons vivre pendant l’événement (avec des éléments interactifs variés) et la démontons, de manière visible et structurée.

  • Selon le format choisi, une zone TakTakTak comprend la sélection des éléments interactifs (jeux géants, défis, activités), la logistique, le transport, l’installation complète, la présence sur place, l’encadrement des participants, le support pendant l’activation et le démontage avec remise en ordre de la zone.
    Vous n’avez pas à gérer le montage, l’animation ou la récupération du matériel.

    L’objectif est de garder une zone visible, fluide et engageante du début à la fin.

  • Nous intervenons dans toute la Suisse.
    Nous avons déjà opéré des zones d’animation dans différentes régions et cantons, et nous adaptons la logistique selon le lieu. Le prix indiqué correspond à une configuration standard; en cas de contraintes particulières, nous clarifions les ajustements éventuels avant confirmation.

  • Nous commençons par un échange sur votre événement, puis nous vous envoyons une offre claire avec le format recommandé.
