The price listed on our website is the final price for the standard configuration. In certain special cases (e.g., vehicle access is not possible within 100 meters or there are specific logistical constraints), we will need to communicate with you promptly to adjust the quote.
Logistics, organization, delivery, setup, and on-site support are included throughout Switzerland. We set up the play area, supervise the participants, and take everything down at the end of the event so you don’t have to worry about that part of the activation.

In the rare cases where the venue requires unusual logistics (e.g., no vehicle access within 100 meters or specific restrictions), we will clarify this with you before confirming.

The area is operated under supervision, which greatly reduces the risk of misuse, disorder, or damage to equipment.
Under normal circumstances for a supervised event, we do not charge for breakage, replacement, or cleaning costs resulting from normal use of the area.
This peace of mind is included in the service. However, in the event of clearly inappropriate use, dangerous behavior, or damage that goes beyond normal use, we may charge a fee depending on the situation and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

We always bring more games than the bare minimum, which allows us to tailor the selection to the audience, the flow of the day, and what works best. If a particular setup isn’t catching on, we adjust the program to keep the area lively and engaging.
In the event of unpredictable weather, we rely on the on-site infrastructure and our own tents (3×3 m) to maintain a smaller but active area, as long as safety permits. When conditions become objectively dangerous or clearly unsuitable, we opt for a reasonable solution for the event: adaptation, temporary scaling back, or postponement, whichever is most appropriate.

Depending on the format you choose, a Tak Tak Tak zone includes the selection of interactive elements (giant games, challenges, activities), logistics, transportation, full setup, on-site staff, participant supervision, support during the event, and takedown and cleanup of the zone.

On an ongoing basis, we can accommodate between 100 and 700 people per hour, depending on the setup, with a distributed area and multiple on-site operators. We’ll help you choose the format that best suits your volume. -
We adapt the area based on the conditions of the day, within reason.
This may involve grouping certain elements together, temporarily reducing the area, or using the shelters available on site—including our 3 × 3 m tents—in order to maintain an active area as long as safety permits.
If conditions become objectively dangerous or clearly unsuitable, we will prioritize a reasonable solution for the event: adaptation, temporary reduction, or postponement, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

No power connections, no noise from the equipment, and no cables on the ground: this makes installation easier and allows for seamless integration with your other activities.
However, a suitable space and convenient access for the equipment are still required. -

Yes. If a setup isn’t working as well as expected, if foot traffic changes, or if the weather shifts, we can adjust the selection of elements and the layout of the area during the event.

Your reservation is confirmed as soon as you accept this proposal in writing, including via email. Our Terms and Conditions apply to the service confirmed in this manner. -
Yes. We are flexible when an event needs to be rescheduled.
In general, up to two reschedules are possible within a six-month period, subject to availability. Beyond that, the situation is treated as a cancellation in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
