Yes. On the duplicated page, delete all the existing General Conditions text and replace it with the following. I have updated the Perplexity draft to reflect the newer structure: the form is an event-project submission + LEVEL UP entry , and TAK TAK TAK may contact the entrant about that specific submitted project. Conditions of participation - LEVEL UP 26
Updated: 29.09.2026
These conditions govern participation in the LEVEL UP 26 operation organised by TAK TAK TAK by Schuster Design.
1. Organizer
LEVEL UP 26 is organized by:
Schuster Design
Sole proprietorship
Owner: Zorbey Schuster
Route de Leysin 20
1863 Le Sépey
Swiss
UID: CHE-189.200.268
Email: events@taktaktak.ch
Telephone: +41 (0)78 214 33 30
TAK TAK TAK is a brand operated by Schuster Design.
2. Duration
LEVEL UP 26 is open from its launch and ends on October 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM CEST .
The draw will take place on October 15, 2026 .
Submissions received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. Conditions of participation
Participation is free and without obligation to purchase .
It is open to natural persons aged at least 18 years acting in a professional capacity for a company, an association, an administration or another organization and preparing an event in Switzerland.
Only one entry is allowed per person and per organization.
Employees of Schuster Design and those directly involved in the organization of LEVEL UP 26 are not eligible to participate.
To participate, the person must submit the LEVEL UP 26 form within the specified timeframe with complete and accurate information regarding their organization and event project.
No purchase, appointment, contractual commitment or reservation is necessary to participate or win.
4. Submitting the project and making contact
By submitting the LEVEL UP 26 form, the participant presents TAK TAK TAK with a real event project and requests to be contacted personally by phone and/or email about this project.
TAK TAK TAK can, in particular, make contact to discuss the project, verify its feasibility, advise the organizer and, if necessary, offer a suitable proposal.
This initial contact relates exclusively to the submitted event project and does not constitute registration for a newsletter or general advertising campaigns.
The participant remains free to refuse any offer and to request at any time to no longer be contacted.
Purchasing a TAK TAK TAK service has no influence on the chances of winning LEVEL UP 26. The participant is not required to accept an offer, book a service or attend an appointment to remain eligible for the draw.
This reflects the revised project-inquiry structure supported in the follow-up analysis. Pasted text
5. Price
The main prize is a PRO TAK TAK TAK Zone Participation for a corporate event in Switzerland.
The service includes, in particular:
transport in Switzerland;
the installation;
the activities and equipment included in the PRO package;
the presence of the TAK TAK TAK team;
supervision and operation of the area during the event;
the dismantling.
The standard advertised price for this service is CHF 7,900 .
The price cannot be converted into cash, split, or resold.
Any additional services requested by the winner and not part of the PRO Zone Participation will be the subject of a separate offer and remain entirely optional.
The legal analysis specifically recommends being able to substantiate the CHF 7,900 standard price for the same scope of service. LEVEL UP 26 — Legal analysis…
6. Use of the price
The prize is intended for the event of the organization indicated in the entry form.
The event is to take place in Switzerland.
The prize must be redeemed no later than December 31, 2027.
The winner must provide TAK TAK TAK with at least three possible dates with at least eight weeks' notice.
TAK TAK TAK will confirm one of these dates based on its operational availability. If none of the proposed dates are available, TAK TAK TAK and the winner will make a good faith search for an alternative date within the prize validity period.
The prize can be transferred to another organization only with the prior written consent of Schuster Design.
7. Draw
The winner is selected randomly from all valid entries .
The printing is carried out and documented by Schuster Design.
Information relating to the event project, its size, location or stage of planning does not influence the chances of winning, provided that participation meets these conditions.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted at the email address and/or telephone number provided in the form.
The winner must respond no later than October 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM CEST .
Schuster Design may request information reasonably necessary to verify the winner's identity, age, and connection to the organization indicated.
If no response is received within the specified timeframe or if the winner does not meet the participation requirements, Schuster Design may conduct a new draw among the other valid entries.
9. Separate commercial offers
Regardless of the draw, TAK TAK TAK may offer certain organizers a commercial offer tailored to their event project.
Such an offer is separate from the competition , does not constitute a prize and does not influence the chances of winning or the result of the draw.
It may take into account, in particular, the date, the location, the number of participants, the type of event, the organizer's needs and the operational feasibility of the project.
The participant remains entirely free to accept or refuse any commercial offer.
This is the important replacement for our former “second prize” idea. The original legal analysis specifically advises treating the CHF 3,000 mechanism as a separate preferential commercial offer rather than a prize. LEVEL UP 26 — Legal analysis…
10. Exclusion
Schuster Design may exclude participation:
incomplete or received after the deadline;
multiple;
automated;
fraudulent;
containing demonstrably false information;
not meeting the eligibility conditions defined above.
A possible commercial decision not to proceed with the presented project has no influence on the validity of participation in the draw.
11. Personal data
Schuster Design processes the data submitted in the form, in particular for the following purposes:
to record participation;
to verify eligibility;
to prevent multiple or abusive participation;
to carry out and document the drawing;
to contact and verify the winner;
to organize the award ceremony;
to respond to the event project presented by the participant and, if necessary, to offer them a suitable solution.
The data transmitted within the framework of LEVEL UP 26 is not used to automatically register the participant for a newsletter or mass advertising campaigns.
The data may be processed by the technical service providers used by Schuster Design to the extent necessary for the operation of the site, the form, the messaging and the processing of entries.
Further information regarding the processing of personal data, any processing abroad, its storage and the rights of the persons concerned can be found in the TAK TAK TAK Privacy Policy .
The participant may request that TAK TAK TAK cease making contact regarding their project at any time.

12. Modification, reservation, postponement and cancellation
In the event of force majeure, serious breakdown, massive fraud or any event beyond its control which makes LEVEL UP 26 objectively impossible or unlawful, Schuster Design may adapt, suspend or cancel the operation to the extent necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated transparently and will not arbitrarily infringe on the rights already acquired by participants.
Booking for the won event
After the draw, the winning organization will provide TAK TAK TAK with several preferred dates for the event. The date will be definitively reserved upon written confirmation from TAK TAK TAK. No deposit is required for the winning event.
The event must take place in Switzerland no later than December 31, 2027 and remains subject to TAK TAK TAK's availability.
Once the date is confirmed, the provisions of TAK TAK TAK's General Terms and Conditions relating to modifications, postponements and cancellations also apply to the winning organization.
Cancellation of the won event
In the event of definitive cancellation by the winning organization, cancellation fees are calculated on the normal value of the PRO Zone Participation won, i.e. CHF 7,900 , according to the deadlines stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions:
more than 60 days before the event: 25%, i.e. CHF 1,975;
31 to 60 days before the event: 50%, i.e. CHF 3,950;
8 to 30 days before the event: 75%, i.e. CHF 5,925;
7 days or less before the event: 100%, i.e. CHF 7,900.
Postponement of the won event
If TAK TAK TAK accepts a postponement, the postponement rules set out in the General Terms and Conditions will apply. Any reasonable additional costs directly resulting from the change may be borne by the winning organization.
13. Applicable Law
LEVEL UP 26 and these Conditions of Participation are subject to Swiss law .
The mandatory jurisdictions provided for by law remain reserved.
