Why Some Team-Building Activities Generate Few New Interactions
Sometimes, voluntary participation isn't enough.
You want to bring the group together for a shared experience.
Create teams that would not have formed naturally.
Provide a clear goal and a reason to participate together.
A shared goal provides direction for the group.
Teams immediately create a reason to interact.
Challenges. Scores. Progress. Final.
Participation is no longer just a possibility.
It is becoming a shared experience.

How does a Hosted Challenge work?
Not just activities. But:
1 Teams
Participants are divided into teams.
2 Challenges
Every installation becomes a challenge with a clear goal.
3 Levels
There are several difficulty levels to choose from.
4 Scores
The results contribute to the team's score or to a collective goal.
5. Final
The challenge may end with a final round, a final challenge, or the achievement of a common goal.
A layout that fits your space
The Hosted Challenge does not require a standard course.
The challenges are tailored to your location, the number of participants, and the time available.
Whether it’s a room, a park, a terrace, a company, or multiple spaces: we tailor the number of activities, their layout, and the schedule.
The format adapts to your event—not the other way around.

A format accessible to people with very different backgrounds
Everyone can contribute in different ways.
Teams face challenges involving dexterity, accuracy, coordination, critical thinking, and collaboration.
At each stage, the group can decide who will take on the challenge, who will help, and how to assign roles. These roles evolve as the journey progresses.
You don't have to be athletic.
You don't have to be good at everything.
Everyone can contribute something to their team.
What if something changes?
We'll adapt.
Weather · Venue · Schedule · Program
In case of rain, the area can be moved indoors and temporarily operate at reduced capacity. If the flow changes, we adjust the setup. As conditions change, the area adapts accordingly.
You don't have to solve the problem during the event.
We'll take care of it.

Challenges are the means.
The team is the driving force.
Shared experience is the result.
50, 100, 300 people?
The challenge can be tailored to the group.
Small group?
A Hosted Challenge isn't a fixed format that we replicate exactly.
The number of teams, the challenges, the rotations, the difficulty levels, and the scoring system are tailored to the number of participants and the time available.
Large company?
More teams and activities running in parallel, with a system that allows everyone to contribute to the collective result.
Same principle.
A different setup depending on your group.
A simple price, based on the size of your group.
Just one Hosted Challenge. The format, the number of challenges, and our team are tailored to the number of participants.

-
The right choice depends mainly on your goal, the number of participants, the time available, and the type of interaction you're looking for.
For a small team, a structured challenge can work very well.
For a larger group or an event with an existing program, a flexible participation format may be more natural and easier to incorporate.
-
Once you reach about 100 people, you need to consider capacity, shift schedules, and traffic flow.
Streaming formats are becoming particularly appealing, since not everyone needs to start and finish at the same time.
-

On the contrary, open participation can allow more reserved people to join the activity at their own pace.
They can watch, try things out, participate for a few minutes, and then leave.
The goal is to create a natural reason to interact, not to force participation.
-
A structured team-building activity typically brings the entire group together around a single challenge, with a beginning, an end, and sometimes designated teams.
Open participation is available at all times and allows everyone to join or leave the activity at their own pace.
Both approaches can work: the right choice depends mainly on the size of the group and the objective.
