Item descJust to be clear:
ESSENTIAL – Suitable for up to about 300 guests, the Tak Tak Tak area is a secondary activity that complements your party or event.
PRO – Suitable for 300 to 5,000 visitors, this area becomes a main attraction or a highlight of your event, with higher foot traffic, a greater presence, and more on-site responsibilities.
In the pass:
The 5 events are classified as ESSENTIAL.
The 5th free event is always set to "ESSENTIAL" by default.
If you have an event that exceeds the ESSENTIEL package (more attendees, a more central role), you can upgrade it to PRO for an additional 1,300 CHF for that day.
1,300 CHF = the difference between the ESSENTIEL price (3,300) and the PRO price (4,600); you simply pay the difference when you need the enhanced version.

ESSENTIAL — for a simple, focused, and predictable setup. Ideal when the area complements your program within a clearly defined space.
PRO — for greater flexibility, capacity, and adaptability. Recommended when attendance is less predictable, when the venue plays a more significant role in the event, or when the setup needs to be larger or more spread out.
In the PASS:
The 5 events are classified as ESSENTIAL.
The fifth free event is also set to "ESSENTIAL" by default.
Each event can be upgraded to PRO for an additional CHF 1,200 when the setup requires it.
The additional CHF 1,200 covers the difference between the ESSENTIEL plan (CHF 3,300) and the PRO plan (CHF 4,600). So you only pay the difference when you need the enhanced coverage.
The pass is valid for 24 months from the date of signature.
High-demand dates (August 1, the end-of-year holidays, etc.) are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to season pass holders who book early.
If the date you want is already fully booked:
you choose another date within 24 months, or
A remaining event may be extended for an additional 6 months (up to 30 months of validity for that event).
