A PRO TAK TAK TAK Zone package valued at CHF 7,900, set up and staffed for up to 6 hours for your corporate event.

The PRO package includes a mix of activities, challenges, and facilities that allow up to 120 people to participate at the same time, freely and at their own pace.

TAK TAK TAK designs the right setup for your event and handles transportation, installation, on-site support, and dismantling, with a team sized to meet your event’s needs.

The installations are designed and manufactured in Switzerland, primarily from wood—much of it Swiss—and contain less than 10% plastic. They operate without screens or electricity.

This package is valid throughout Switzerland, with no additional charges based on distance. TAK TAK TAK will perform the installation at the agreed-upon time and remains responsible for the area for the entire duration of the service.

LEVEL UP 26 is designed for organizations planning an event in Switzerland: staff parties, Christmas or end-of-year parties, anniversaries, company anniversaries, Family Days, open houses, client events, or other professional events.

How many participants is the Participation Zone PRO designed for?

The PRO Zone is designed for events with approximately 300 participants or more.

The setup depends less on the total number of guests than on the desired effect: creating movement, filling in downtime, encouraging interaction, or becoming a real focal point during the event.

Up to 200 people can participate at the same time. With participants rotating in and out, the area can accommodate several thousand participants per hour.

We then tailor the format to the venue, the program, and the role the area is intended to play. This means you don’t have to choose a list of activities yourself— we’ll design the setup that’s right for your event.

Yes. A Participation Zone can be set up indoors, outdoors, or spread across multiple spaces.

We select and customize the installations based on the actual available space.

We adapt the setup to the venue and conditions as much as possible: relocating certain activities, creating a more compact layout, using indoor spaces, or rearranging the area.

Yes. Transportation, setup, supervision, and takedown are included in the Zone PRO Participation prize for an event in Switzerland, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the LEVEL UP 26 rules.

No. Our team sets up the area, welcomes and guides participants, explains the activities, oversees operations, and adjusts the setup as needed.

Your team organizes the event. We handle registration.

The event may take place on a date agreed upon with TAK TAK TAK, subject to our availability and the terms set forth in the LEVEL UP 26 rules.

The prize must be redeemed no later than December 31, 2027.

One valid entry will be selected at random on November 1, 2026. The winner will then be contacted directly by TAK TAK TAK.

It depends on the role of the area in your event.

As the main participation area, its capacity depends, among other factors, on the expected turnout, duration, available space, and program. For very large events, a Participation Zone PRO can also be incorporated as a secondary or complementary activity within the program.
