August 1 — Bundesplatz, Bern
A national holiday in the heart of the Swiss capital, bringing together several thousand visitors and featuring numerous activities right on Bundesplatz.
TAK TAK TAK was tasked with creating and operating a family activity area in an extremely limited space, with a continuous flow of visitors and particularly challenging weather conditions.

A large crowd. Very little space.
At an event attended by several thousand visitors, we had a space equivalent to about 1.5 tents measuring 3 × 6 meters.
The area had to remain visible, accessible, and easy to reach, while avoiding congestion in an already very dense environment.
The challenge, therefore, was to maximize participation within a minimum amount of space.
A configuration tailored to real-world conditions.
The weather added an additional challenge.
Heavy rain for most of the day prevented us from expanding the area beyond the covered space, as we had originally planned.
The setup was therefore adapted to function effectively in a tent:
A selection of activities suited to the available space.
Natural rotation and voluntary participation.
Constant supervision of the area.
No heavy infrastructure required.
This case does not correspond to a standard configuration of our formats. Above all, it demonstrates TAK TAK TAK's ability to adapt its approach when the actual conditions of an event change.
An area that continues to operate despite the rain.
While many outdoor activities were becoming difficult to enjoy, the TAK TAK TAK indoor area continued to welcome families.
Visitors could stop by, participate for a few minutes, wait for the crowd to thin out, or simply enjoy some time together before continuing on their way to Bundesplatz.
More than 500 people took part in the activities throughout the day, despite space and weather constraints.
No additional administrative work for the organizer.
TAK TAK TAK handled the entire process, from installation and configuration adjustments to monitoring the workflow and dismantling.
The organizer was not responsible for managing the area or taking action when conditions changed.
Following the event, TAK TAK TAK was invited to participate again in the next edition.
A small area can play an important role in a major event.
TAK TAK TAK maintained an active and accessible participation area throughout the day, despite very limited space, heavy foot traffic, and particularly challenging weather conditions.
I much prefer this version to the old "Impact on the Event" section. Here, you're no longer just vaguely stating that the area "increases engagement." You're showing what actually happened: +500 participants, rain, a reduced space, operational adjustments, and an invitation to return.
