Employee Happy Hour - Zurich
After a full day of seminars, about 200 employees gathered for drinks, a barbecue, and a few hours of informal socializing with colleagues.
TAK TAK TAK was tasked with creating and running a participatory space during this transition from the workday to the evening, without adding any mandatory activities, staff, or on-air hosting.

After the seminars, there are no additional required activities.
The participants had just spent the day in seminars and meetings.
On their way out, they could grab a drink, head over to the barbecue, catch up with their coworkers, and enjoy the garden in front of the event center at their leisure.
So the goal wasn't to add yet another program to follow.
All we had to do was give the participants a natural reason to stop, do something together, and let interactions develop on their own.
Designed for an appetizer party where everyone keeps moving around.
The format was intentionally informal.
Most of the guests remained standing, holding a cocktail or a plate, moving from one group to another—from the bar to the barbecue and then to the various areas of the garden.
The TAK TAK TAK activities were supposed to work exactly the same way.
You could join an activity for a few minutes, play a game, chat, laugh, and then naturally move on to something else.
No need to put down your drink, put together a team, or wait for an activity to start.
Create interaction without forcing a conversation.
At a work reception, participants tend to stick with the colleagues they already know.
A simple activity immediately changes this dynamic.
It gives people a reason to come closer, observe, participate, or comment on what others are doing.
A game of Jenga, a few minutes spent doing an activity, or an impromptu challenge is all it takes to create a gathering place.
The activity becomes the pretext. The conversation flows naturally from there.
A presence that complements the event rather than directing it.
TAK TAK TAK didn't need to gather the participants, announce the start, or set the pace for the evening.
The area simply remained available for the entire duration of the cocktail hour.
Employees could participate whenever they wanted and as many times as they wanted.
No registration required.
No mandatory teams.
No rankings.
No microphone.
No additional program to organize.
TAK TAK TAK handled the entire installation, operation, and dismantling process.
