An annual event bringing together employees and their families in the Vaud Alps for hiking, a picnic, and time spent together in the great outdoors.
TAK TAK TAK was tasked with creating and operating a participatory space for six hours, designed for both adults and children and integrated into an event that was intentionally simple, natural, and free of heavy infrastructure.

An activity that extends the day.
The hike was the highlight of the program. Upon their return, participants were free to settle in, have a picnic, socialize, and enjoy the site.
The TAK TAK TAK area was a natural fit for this program: something to do without a set schedule, without registration, and without forced activities.
Employees and their families could participate in the activities at their own pace, stay longer, and meet people from different cantons.
Designed with the location in mind, not just placed there.
The site was located at an elevation of approximately 1,650 meters, on sloping, uneven terrain that showed significant signs of wear from the passage of cows.
The setup was therefore adapted to the terrain in order to select activities that could function properly and easily under these conditions.
TAK TAK TAK handled the entire process—installation, operation for 6 hours, and dismantling.
In keeping with the spirit of the event.
The day focused on nature, simplicity, and respect for the site. In particular, participants were asked not to leave anything behind.
Our setup fit right into this framework:
No electricity.
No screen.
No generator.
Very little plastic.
No supplies needed to participate.
An area designed to encourage interaction without altering the landscape or adding heavy infrastructure.
For adults and children alike.
Rather than creating an area exclusively for children, we have selected activities that are suitable for people of all ages.
Families could play together, but the activities also served as a meeting place for coworkers who didn't know each other yet or who worked in different cantons.
Taking part gave us a simple reason to stop, chat, and stay together a little longer.
A simple plan: walk, eat, play, chat, and enjoy the mountains.
TAK TAK TAK handled the participation portion so that it would fit seamlessly into the rest of the day.
