ESSENTIAL fits into a compact space, both indoors and outdoors, without taking up much of your space.

The listed price applies throughout Switzerland for the agreed-upon standard ESSENTIAL configuration and under normal access conditions.
If your venue has any specific requirements, we’ll clarify them with you before confirmation—never after the event.

The price includes the agreed-upon standard ESSENTIAL configuration, delivered anywhere in Switzerland.
Included are: transportation, setup, operation for the agreed-upon duration, an on-site TAK TAK TAK team, supervision of participants, complete takedown, pickup of equipment, adjustments for expected weather conditions, and handling of typical unforeseen circumstances.
Common accidental breakages and the spare parts needed for operations are also included in the service.

The listed price applies when the location is accessible by a delivery truck and allows for unloading near the installation site.
As a general rule, the unloading point must be no more than 50 m from the area. This allows our team to set up the equipment within the allotted time frame without any unusual handling.
Parking must be available nearby during setup and takedown. Any parking fees are the responsibility of the organizer.

Before the event, please confirm the following:
the date, hours, and duration of operation;
the location and the space allocated for the area;
on-site contact;
the unloading point and parking availability;
Any known access restrictions: delivery times, stairs, elevator, narrow roads, special permits, or site access.
On the day of the event, you'll let us know where to unload and park. Our team will then take it from there.

The setup is tailored to the location and the forecast weather conditions.
If changes arise during the event, we adapt the area accordingly: adjusting the layout, using planned structures, replacing equipment, or moving the event indoors when the venue allows.
We arrive with backup equipment and a team ready to respond on-site. You don't need to have a Plan B for TAK TAK TAK.
In the event of exceptional circumstances requiring the suspension, evacuation, or postponement of the entire event, the safety guidelines of the venue and the organizer shall apply.

Some locations require special preparation: remote access, stairs, no vehicle access, nighttime setup, unusual hours, tolls, site permits, paid parking, space spread across multiple levels, or non-standard layouts.
These factors never come as a surprise: when we know about them in advance, we review them with you and clearly include them in the proposal before confirmation.
If your event requires more simultaneous participation, a larger area, or a more prominent visual presence, we will recommend PRO or SIGNATURE.
