SIGNATURE is designed for outdoor spaces. In the event of light rain, the event can still take place on a smaller scale, with activities adapted to the current conditions.
If conditions make it impossible to ensure the safety of participants and staff—including strong winds, thunderstorms, impassable terrain, or heavy rain—certain activities may be suspended, rescheduled, or canceled.
We cannot guarantee that the entire outdoor setup will remain completely intact in the event of inclement weather. We will work with you in advance to explore your options, taking into account your venue and any available alternative spaces.
Our priority remains to provide a smooth and safe experience, within the limits imposed by weather conditions.
